SERMON SERIES: SO MUCH MERCY
Has God ever made you mad…by not punishing someone?
If so, you're not alone. In this series we'll look to the story of Jonah (and his finned friend) for an opportunity to wrestle with God's sometimes scandalous mercy. This is one of those messages that will mess with you in all the best ways.
PART 1
It’s an incredible story. A man gets swallowed by a fish and spit out after three days, living to tell the tale. But the most amazing part of Jonah’s story isn’t the ocean squall or the fish or the city-wide transformation of the Ninevites. It’s how much of ourselves we see in this man who finds himself confounded by a God who doesn’t do the ‘right thing.’
